Vice President – Head of Finance (China)


• Managing accounting records
• Preparing and publishing financial statements / reports
• Overseeing accounting operations
• Managing financial transactions
• Analyzing financial data
• Participating in budgeting processes
• Developing cash flow projection
• Monitoring expenditure and forecasting revenue
• Ensuring accuracy of financial information
• Evaluating and managing risks
• Monitoring internal controls
• Ensuring compliance with regulations
• Coordinating auditing processes
• Reporting to HQ Finance for management reporting and compliance to Group requirements
• Any other duties as assigned


• Honor’s Degree / Degree in Accountancy or Business
• Possess an internationally recognized accounting designation (e.g. CA)
• Proven experience gained from major accounting firms and / or industries in finance management
• Able to work with SBUs and add value by identifying key financial targets and processes
• Experience in working in China is an added advantage
• Experience in handling banking relationships
• Strong leadership skills
• Willingness to be stationed in Shanghai, China
• Some domestic travelling will be required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong adaptability to different job scopes
