Hyflux’s priority is to secure sufficient cash during this period in order to complete and deliver on these existing projects with you.

Has Hyflux received any committed support from its lenders? Hyflux is presently working closely with its advisors to engage in discussions and negotiations with its key lenders, as well as potential new investors, to obtain more liquidity and to improve its financial position. Lenders have various avenues through which to express support during the process including through the court hearings.
How can I be reassured that the reorganisation will succeed and that my projects would not be affected? Hyflux has commenced the reorganisation to preserve its operations while it seeks to reorganise its businesses and liabilities.
