Where can I get updates on the court proceedings? | Following the applications made on 22 May 2018, Hyflux has published a notice of the application in the Government e-Gazette on 28 May 2018 and the Straits Times on 25 May 2018. A hardcopy notice of the application will be published in the Government Gazette on 1 June 2018.
Hyflux will also provide updates on the application to all creditors known to the company and that will be involved in the reorganisation. Further information about this process, including up-to-date information on the Hyflux Group’s reorganisation process are available on https://www.hyflux.com/financial-reorganisation-exercise/information on court process Company announcements, are available on the on SGXnet, and on Hyflux’s website at http://investors.hyflux.com/newsroom.html. |
Who can attend hearings | Creditors and other stakeholders can seek the court’s leave to be present at the hearings. Please inform our legal advisors if you would like for them to seek permission for you to attend the hearing. Your attendance is entirely within the court’s discretion. If you have instructed lawyers, they will be able to seek leave and attend hearings on your behalf. |

What is a Pre-Trial Conference (“PTC”)? | PTCs are meant for case management purposes. They are generally administrative in nature and for the court to give directions on the conduct of the proceedings.

If I want to attend a hearing which court do I go to? | The court supervised reorganisation proceedings are conducted in the High Court of Singapore, located at 1 Supreme Court Lane, Singapore 178879. The hearing list for ongoing matters which includes the hearing date, time and courtroom number can be accessed via the court website: https://www.supremecourt.gov.sg/

What should I wear to Court? | All attendees should be properly attired when attending court, as visitors in singlets, shorts, slippers or other inappropriate attire may not be permitted to enter the Supreme Court. |

Dear all,
1. A case management conference in respect of HC/OS 633/2018 – HC/OS 636/2018 and HC/OS 638/2018 (the “Applications”) will take place on 8 October 2018 at 2.30pm.
2. Pursuant to the orders the Court granted in the Applications, the Applicants have filed an affidavit updating on their financial affairs and the reorganisation process.
3. The affidavit will be uploaded on the Company’s website (https://www.hyflux.com/financial-reorganisation-exercise) after it has been formally admitted into evidence at the upcoming status conference on 8 October 2018.

Please be informed that a Pre-Trial Conference (the “PTC”) has been fixed before the Learned Assistant Registrar Karen Tan on 28 May 2018 at 10.30am at the Supreme Court of Singapore.
